1- Homework Reminder

• English and Math homework is due on Monday, November 18th.

Quiz Reminder

• English quiz on November 20th
• Math quiz on November 21st

Details to help prepare for both quizzes are available under the Resources section on the website.

2- Grades and Feedback
Students are bringing home their grades and feedback for the following:

• French Speaking (Oral Presentation: Introducing Myself)
• Listening (Le Secret de la Forêt – video watched in class)
• Writing (mini diagnostic exercise completed in class)

Please note that students received a grade for their speaking presentation, along with feedback on their listening and writing assessments. While many students did not perform as well as expected, they are aware of this and have expressed their intention to review their work at home. They have also provided their own feedback on each page.

Please review your child’s grades and feedback, sign, and return the green folder by Monday as usual.

3- Parent-Teacher Interviews
I am currently unable to use the online portal for booking parent-teacher interviews, as the IT department is still working on it. I will send you the link as soon as it is available. In the meantime, if you would prefer to schedule an in-person or phone interview on Monday or Wednesday after school hours until 4:15 pm, please email me directly so I can reserve a time for you. Otherwise, I am available Thursday after school hours and Friday morning.

Please note: Interviews are 15 minutes long. For Thursday and Friday scheduling, we will need to wait until the portal issue is resolved.

If you have another child with a teacher in the building and would like to coordinate interviews, please let me know by email as soon as possible so I can arrange that.
